Deceptive Dreamz Presents: MAYDAZE – Car Show & BBQ! 🇺🇸

Mark your calendars and fire up your engines—it’s time for MAYDAZE! Join us for an action-packed day of cars, competitions, and mouthwatering BBQ, all in honor of our local heroes. This annual event is our way of saluting active and retired military veterans, first responders, law enforcement, and front-line workers—the real-life champions who keep us safe every day.

• Exhaust Competition – Rev it up and let’s hear who’s got the loudest pipes in town! Let’s find out!
• Sound Competition – Think your system can blow the roof off? Crank up the bass and show us who’s got the loudest beats!
• Low Limbo – How low can your ride go? Test your suspension and see who can slide under the limbo bar the lowest!
• Cornhole Tournament – Grab a teammate and show off your tossing skills in this backyard BBQ classic! Who will be the cornhole champion?
• Team Tug-of-War –It’s all about strength, strategy, and teamwork! Gather your crew and see who can out-pull the competition!
• Music by DJ Kwik – Keeping the vibes high all day long!
• Food & Automotive Vendors – Fuel up on delicious BBQ and check out amazing car-related merch!

🎟 Admission: Free for all spectators! No tickets required—just bring your love for cars, BBQ, and community, and most importantly, join us in saluting the brave men and women—active and retired military veterans, first responders, law enforcement, and front-line workers—who dedicate their lives to keeping us safe every day. This event is all about showing appreciation for our real-life heroes, so come out, enjoy the show, and help us honor those who serve!

🚗 Car Show Registration: Want to showcase your ride? See below for registration details, including tiered pricing and VIP spots. Show cars will be parked in a covered parking garage, so your ride stays protected no matter the weather! Please note that VIP cars will be parked on the rooftop of the garage, which is uncovered.

🎗 Giving Back: Each year, MAYDAZE supports a different service line, ensuring we give back to the heroes who serve our community. In the past, we’ve donated to The Newberrytown Police Department, Gold Star Mothers, and Rekindled Nurse. This year, we are honored to support Veterans Outreach of Pennsylvania (VOPA), an organization working to combat Veteran homelessness right here in our region. Through Veterans Grove—a village of 15 tiny homes in the Harrisburg area—VOPA provides not just housing, but structure, peer support, and access to services designed to help Veterans rebuild with dignity and purpose.

Grounded in the Therapeutic Community model, their work focuses on connection, accountability, and long-term stability—because healing takes more than a roof overhead. It takes community. Join us in making a difference at MAYDAZE 2026 as we come together to support the Veterans who have served us. 💙🇺🇸

🌧 Rain or Shine: No need to worry about the weather! Since all show cars will be parked in the garage, rain or shine, the show goes on!

10:00 AM: Pre-registration and Day-of registrants may begin entering

11:00 AM: Show Begins

1:00 PM: Low Limbo Competition and Cornhole Competition Starts (Note: Register your cornhole team at Deceptive Booth before 1 PM)

2:00 PM: Stereo Competition

3:00 PM: Exhaust Competition

4:00 PM: Team Tug-of-War

4:30 PM: Awards

5:00 PM: Show ends, dismissal begins.
